Westside Midwives is a collective of four registered midwives,

Camille Bush, Liz Grose, Kelly Hayes and Kate Blake.  We provide fully funded midwifery care in a shared care model offering home or hospital births at either St. Paul’s or Children and Women’s hospital. 

During the spring of 2006, Camille, Liz and Kelly, along with midwife Jeanne Lyons, decided to join forces and open Westside Midwives, after recognizing a lack of midwifery services in this area of Vancouver. In January, 2007, Jeanne left Westside Midwives for a well deserved sabbatical. Shortly after opening we were pleased to have our office manager, Lindsey Ponzio, join the team.

Also working within our clinic is the office of Westside Acupuncture,

traditional Chinese medicine practitioner (TCM), Bronwyn Melville.

Our clinic is located in Jericho Village in beautiful Kitsilano, a short walk from lovely Jericho Beach. Parking is readily available with many other services nearby. We offer the full scope of midwifery services, providing care for you and your family throughout pregnancy, labour, birth and for 6 weeks after your baby is born. We look forward to meeting you and discussing your wishes and needs for maternity care. Feel free to bring those you choose with you. There are toys for the children and we always welcome family and friends.
